Continuing fixing the mess Tory MPs (now Reform) caused and only ever talked about fixing.

It's more likely a blip or the result of weather than proof of spectacular success. Last year's total was almost a record high...

They're still deliberately importing state-dependent benefit claimant lefty voters.

January 2026 has been marked by severe, record-breaking wet weather in the UK, with Northern Ireland experiencing its wettest January in 149 years and over 50% more rainfall than average in parts of England. The month has been defined by multiple storms (Goretti, Ingrid, Chandra), strong winds, flooding, and cold, damp conditions.

To be fair, I haven't been out in the boat either. It's been biblically bad, even for the time of year.

Hands up (or likes) who thinks the weather was the main reason for this drop
Pretty much similar weather to last January (2025).

Weather impacts• Storm Eowyn, the strongest UK storm for 10 years, brought strong winds and heavy rain to Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England, with widespread travel disruption, closure of schools and loss of power• Prolonged rainfall in southern England at the end of the month led to flooding

Not according to anyone who actually knows anything.

1 month is not enough information to make a considered opinions on. Let’s revisit this at the end of June

I agree.

This still applies though...

The slack-jawed Reformists will be dancing in the streets. It mans so much to them, bless.

On another Labour high note - grocery inflation at its lowest since April last year. (y)

I don't think anyone will be fooled by this ridiculous claim to fame.
Numbers go down under a Labor government and re form isn’t interested. Gives the lie to Farrages claim he is concerned with immigration - other than as a vote winner.
