High Court Rules...

I don't think they are wrong.

It will remain outlawed for now as the government intends to take the case to the Court of Appeal.

Don't get too excited.
Aye. Sir Kier will plug in his choice of judge and get the outcome he wants, just as he did with the asylum hotel appeal.

That one was a labour party and fabian society member. If this was the plot of a novel people would say it wasn't realistic. But it's happening, in the UK, now.

Seems it was just you who misunderstood

Nobody got a free pass and the court didn't agree their actions were justified.
Referring to the court case I mentioned...

Were they convicted?
Did they get a criminal record?

Yes or no.

You probably won't answer yet again, and carry on waffling on about other things

Here's a hint: "None of the six defendants were convicted of an offence" ;)

If we're talking about the recent PA case they weren't found innocent either, On some of the offences the jury were unable to reach a verdict which will likely mean a retrial if the CPS agree. The police will no doubt have recommendations for the CPS given one of their own had her spine fractured.

That's a post from an ignorant person who doesn't understand the concept of innocent until proven guilty...

Of course if it had been an anti Palestinian mob who had been acquitted you'd be popping the champagne corks!

But then supporters of genocide do tend to have a very one sided view of the law

I'm pretty sure that breaking into an air base and vandalising aircraft is illegal in all countries of the world.

What's your point?
Actually we're talking about an israeli firm supplying weapons...

Nevertheless, the point is that they weren't found guilty...

Do you not agree with that fact?

Lawfully
Nevertheless, the point is that they weren't found guilty...
They will be charged with criminal offences
Do you not agree with that fact?
who has called them convicted criminals?

They have carried out criminal acts, ranging from sabotage, to criminal damage and assault.

that makes them criminals. soon they will be convicted criminals

Lord Sumption gave a sensible response on radio 4

One of the co founders of this action group stated that the verdict was a resounding victory

He said that statement was a “ load of rubbish”
