Aye. Sir Kier will plug in his choice of judge and get the outcome he wants, just as he did with the asylum hotel appeal.

That one was a labour party and fabian society member. If this was the plot of a novel people would say it wasn't realistic. But it's happening, in the UK, now.

Nobody got a free pass and the court didn't agree their actions were justified.
Referring to the court case I mentioned...

Were they convicted?
Did they get a criminal record?

Yes or no.

You probably won't answer yet again, and carry on waffling on about other things :rolleyes:

Here's a hint: "None of the six defendants were convicted of an offence" ;)
