It always makes me sad when he leaves. He is clearly very clever and can follow an argument. If he was a bit less aggressive, he would be a great addition to the board.

He’s a bit too obsessive really. I felt hounded a few times.
I have, too, in one of his previous incarnations, which is why I rarely engage any more.

Yeah I make my first coffee. Check the news, open diynot and there are like 20 quotes from the Himmies, and I miss important ad homs from Nosenout and odds, they get lost in the noise. I feel I owe them a better service level. No wonder they get so upset.

More obsession than aggression. No loss, most of his stuff is just copy and paste woke garbage. How the fruit loop finds time to do anything else when he's making that many lengthy posts and researching people's old posts is beyond me.
He's also a liar. Many, many usernames ago he used to give the French village where he lives on the left under his username. Then several usernames later when he had stopped posting his location, I mentioned his village's name in a post to him. He made a big fuss, contacting admin and accusing me of being in cahoots with mods/admin or somehow hacking his account. As if I would waste my energy on the loser. Wouldn't accept that I had remembered it's name from when he used to display it himself. The dumba$$ also has a Pavlovian response to my posts, replying sometimes in minutes to them - even when I've made it perfectly clear he's been on ignore for a very long time.
He's so obsessed with me that he's been on Screwfix forum moaning about me and DiyNot - even though he seems unable to stay away from either. Only knew about this because one of the ex SF lads posted his mental ramblings on here.
So, unless you want to court the deranged attentions of a very obsessive, lying, dishonest, boring, fcked up individual, I would strongly disagree with you when you say he would be a great addition to the board.
