Dont we in this country. I know I do. I love other cultures and traditions.
I only think it makes our country more colourful.

Australians enjoy a far greater "foreign born " society than the UK, over twice the number.
About 30% in Australia to about 13% in the UK.
Maybe that reduces the amount and degree of racism experienced by the immigrants in Australia.
Also Australia is a more "outdoorsy" livestyle. It's difficult not to socially mix with your neighbours when you're all outdoors, especially the mythical "gossiping over the garden fence".

I too am interested in other cultures and traditions! It's only a passing interest though, I wouldn't want the government to spend the bulk of my tax money importing millions of people with other cultures and traditions just for me! I have other interests!

Slavery was made illegal nearly 100 years ago.
The UN recently described it as the greatest crime against humanity.

Depends on the culture.
Depends on the traditions.

Read them again and try to understand them this time.
Nope, I want straight answers only from you Himmy please.

What has "Slavery was made illegal nearly 100 years agoThe UN recently described it as the greatest crime against humanity" got to do with the enormous amount of tax I am forced to pay?

They don't. And that's a fact.
