Had a go and failed. Then got a side injury so haven't tried for a while. Recovered now so will get back onto it. It looks do-able, but it's complicated working out what's up when you're upside-down and looking at the surface of the water from beneath. Then, as you start turning, the direction of up changes as you turn. I'll get it.Can you do that thing where you flip upside down in the water and then right yourself?
But mostly it's about not getting upside-down in the first place. You let your hips do what they like, while your body stays upright. As long as your body's vertically above it then it won't tip over whatever way up it is.
