I believe it is possible to build a bomb with 60% enriched Uranium , although the bomb may not be as powerful as one built with 90% enriched Uranium.
The Uranium that Iran has, is 60% enriched, so Trump has a problem, will he do a deal that everyone can live with, or will just dig a deeper hole for himself .

Before Trump and Netanyahu decided to attack Iran, I was of the opinion that the Iranians would mad to build a nuclear bomb, as it would give Israel/America an excuse to destroy Iran.
However with hindsight, that opinion may been wrong.

The Cold War stayed that way because both sides had Mutually Assured Destruction, making any conflict fraught with the consequences of a MAD outcome. The United States and Israel feel free to bully their way across the Middle East with no regard for the consequences of what they're attempting to do: the latest attempt at regime change has removed a moderating voice in the negotiations over Iran's nuclear programme and brought a much more hardline ruler to the table with no reason to suspend their research.

Indeed, they've all the more reason to seek a nuclear deterrent in order to avoid any further attempts at destabilising their country as happened already to countries like Iraq, Libya and Syria.
