Ginger men who now identifies as a woman.

Maybe a 3rd toilet should be built in new builds?
In the meantime, how will JohnD's much applauded Supreme Court judgement be applied in existing buildings?
And how long do you think it will take for all buildings to conform?

Given your answers, is the Supreme Court judgement enforceable in the distant future, never mind the near future?
If so, how?

How would you prevent a kilt-wearing man, or this man, from using the women's toilet:

They must be awfully confused not knowing which toilet to use so as to not break the law, I reckon even you know which one to use.

Thats the rough amount of births per year
So 70,000,000 intersex babies born each year.
Assuming a 20 year generation, that suggest there is about 1,500,000 over twenty years.
Assuming 3 generations alive at any one time suggests there are 4,200,000 intersex people alive at any one time, about the population of Scotland.

So still not so rare, that we should pretend they don't exist.

Most people want to use the right toilet, don't you agree? Only a fee weirdos ruin it.
Transwomen want to use the toilet they are most comfortable with.
How will you prevent that happening?
How will you enforce the Supreme Court ruling?

You break the law frequently, so you tell us, with your brawling, so please don't try to use the moral high ground.

Which toilet are you most comfortable using?
Would you prefer to see someone like this using the women's toilets:

Or someone like this:

So why no 3rd toilet yet? That has to be the answer don't you think?

Because some countries refuse to admit, on a legal basis, that intersex babies are born.
So how can they legally insist on 3rd sex toilets if they don't accept that intersex babies and people exist.
Yet the UK has some thing like 3,000 Intersex Genital Mutilation procedures (IGM) carried out each year.
Yet FGM is illegal.
