These characteristics are: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage/civil partnership, pregnancy/maternity, race, religion/belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

I assume you respect all the characteristics named in the EA, except for gender reassignment?
Why do you refuse to respect that characteristic?
Why do you refuse to accept that intersex babies are born and transgender people exist?

Nobody in their right head would accept gender reassignment as allowing men into women only spaces. No such thing as gender reassignment as you are born either male or female. You don’t get to choose your sex. Very loose and weak argument you have put forward so far to the point of being ridiculous and laughable.

No such thing as gender reassignment as you are born either male or female.
