Thanks all. Yeah, my mate and his wife completely f'cked up after coming home from their son’s wedding in Bali. Luckily for them, Emirates sorted them out at no extra charge with other flights after a 6 hour wait at Bali airport and a 7 hour stopover at Dubai. They are absolutely cream crackered. They're never going to hear the end of this…

Trouble was, their son lives and works for Apple in China and has married a Chinese girl. Shame really as they were the only ones from the Grooms family to attend, due to the distance, cost and age of a lot of his relatives.
