Electricity cable to Garage fix

Hi,

Anyone able to give me some advice on how I can fix the hook that holds the electricity cable from house to the garage and/or improve the appearance/standard that was previously used here.

I've never liked how it looked and now needs repair as it was hit with a ladder ha.

Fit a new hook?

On a side note that type of cable shouldn't really be used outdoors, it goes brittle and cracks.

It does, it's not ideal at all

Install a steel cantenary wire and use that to support the electric cable
