Well just goes to show what the scientists know. Hottest day today since records began. Rubbish I have worked in hotter than this today. It was a lovely sunny day and that was it. Scaremongering at its best.

All this talk of heatwaves and highest temperatures recored and red alerts for the weather means absolutely nothing, Men like me who work out in all weathers laugh at the drama queens on here. Here is my survival guide. When its cold you put extra base layers on and drink hot drinks and when its hot you strip off and get plenty of cold drinks down you, your pizz should be clear when you are drinking enough. That's it just follow my guide and you will survive. Oh and wear a sun hat in hot weather and a nice thick bobble hat in winter.

Yeah pi55 like apple juice can easily happen in this heat.
