Spliny setting up the excuse when/if Manchester elects a Labour replacement for Birman in a few weeks time. The reality is there are more than enough voters to return the re form candidate, time will tell. I suspect enough people are fed up of Trumpf and won’t vote in sufficient numbers for his mini me party to be returned in Manc. Especially as Andy is now a credible alternative.
