What's happened to the small boats?

Which of his statements was a lie?

Which was made with the intent of antagonising people by deliberately posting inflammatory, irrelevant, or offensive comments or other disruptive content, or posting to ‘bait’ people, by deliberately provoking an argument or emotional reaction?
Actually it wasn't directed at you, but now you come to think of it. I can see how you were confused.

Seems the policies enacted recently are having an effect...

"Small boat crossings to the UK have almost halved"

Analysis of Home Office data shows 12,469 people had arrived in the UK on small boats by 10 July this year – down 43 per cent from 2025, when 21,690 people had made the perilous journey across the English Channel in the same period.

There have now been nine consecutive days of no arrivals from 11-19 July, the latest government figures show"

And we can't exactly blame the weather can we ;)

So why is it that the crossings have fallen so dramatically?

Maybe 'good old nige' could comment?

Oh that's right, he's never to be seen when the figures embarrass him...

Plus he's busy working out how to defeat a bin ;)

The French clamped down on there police turning a blind eye and deaf ear and the brown envelopes on the coast

Such was the corruption ??? It became an embarrassment to French

It doesn't need to have been for me to respond - that's the way forums work.
You have no buiness explaining to me how a forum works. Very patronising of you.
Reported.
I'm not confused at all. I think that that might be you if you think you detected trolling in his post.
None of your concern
Reported again

Nosenout calls anything he believes to be wrong a lie. So by that definition it’s a lie.

There is a claim that supply has dropped due to the efforts of the French and British working together. There is no evidence presented to back this up.

If you look at the general demand figures across Europe they have fallen substantially.

It’s not unreasonable to think this would impact the U.K. too.

French will
Use it as a bargaining chip

Eventually the scoundrels will throw there toys out of the pram over some issue and turn the tap back on

Mind you dare say the French have had a good clear out all the scum bags and un desirables have been shipped over to the UK

Dunno about there lunatic asylums but dare say they have sneaked a few in to the mix ??

Probably took advice from the Cubans ??

Great news, isn't it.

The right wangers are predictably silent on the issue or will just lie and make up their usual waffle or attempt to deflect. As you say, the man that caused the small boats crisis, then had the audacity to proclaim he is the saviour thereof, is no doubt keeping his head low. It's about all the ammunitioin the one trick pony had, as a campaign promise.

Things will look increasingly bleak for the scumbag if those numbers don't start increasing dramatically.

How's your man Starmer doing?

You have proof of said 'corruption'?

Whilst it's probably true that they weren't as officious as they could have been, why would they be bothered helping out a country that decided to turn it's back on the EU?

The UK is now simply a 'third country' to them.

But after the rabid rhetoric of the previous government and garbage/deform, Labour decided to be be a bit more progressive and it appears that it is paying dividends :)

what did they do? apart from repeal all the laws that limited the rights of illegals from being eligible for asylum.
