I apologise if I am duplicating here, but I have searched for this topic and not found anything.

I know what has been done (displaying the T shirt) can be seen to be an act of criminality.

But where do you stop?

Do you go after the person who made the T shirt?

They're obviously going after the person who liked a post of the T shirt.

What about people who pass that post around?

What about someone who describes the T shirt and others comment on it and a passing policeman hears those comments?

What about dark jokes in a comedy club?

Where the heck do you stop?

They're opening a very large container of wriggly Annelids.

Ok i was just going to post something similar, more so now i see he's decided to not even apologise, i think ESPECIALLY in the context of a lady from that same party recently hammered to death i think that particularly poor taste, only reaffirming his motives and or how he perceives he is beyond the grasp of the law and will just pull out the appropriate 'bully card' to protect him.

Where do you stop? Oh come on, you stop when you are a leader of a party or of considerable audience and influence you stop posting insightful or any material deemed to be interpreted to causing your opponents harm, if you're not able to vet or review what you are reposting i suggest you do not use SM or are not fit for the role. This happens time over in sport etc when you are a role model you have additional responsibility over what you say via SM.

Lets take a look how they have been dealt with so far...sorry but the way Ricky was let off shows how much influence goes on in the background. Its pretty poor.

Zack Polanski (Green Party LW)
Polanski accepted a collaborative Instagram post from a Green Party event which included an image of a man wearing a T-shirt depicting a guillotine alongside the words "We're only making plans for Nigel", widely understood as referring to Nigel Farage. He later removed the collaboration, said accepting it was a mistake, condemned political violence, but has repeatedly refused to apologise because he argues he did not knowingly share the image. The Metropolitan Police confirmed they are making enquiries after complaints. Imagine sharing an image depicting another one of his Green party members suffer a nasty ending after one has been actually murdered recently. That's immaturity at least.

Result (so far) No arrest or charge announced. Police enquiries are ongoing.

Lucy Connolly(Conservative RW)
Following the Southport murders, Connolly posted on X calling for people to "set fire" to hotels housing asylum seekers. She deleted the post a few hours later, but it had already been widely viewed. She pleaded guilty to publishing material intended to stir up racial hatred and received a 31-month prison sentence, later serving around 12½ months before release on licence.

Result: Arrested, prosecuted, pleaded guilty and imprisoned.

Ricky Jones (Labour councillor, LW)
At a public rally he was filmed making a throat-slitting gesture while saying "We need to cut all their throats and get rid of them all", referring to "Nazi fascists" and we all know who he is referring to dont play dumb. Labour suspended him shortly afterwards. He was charged with encouraging violent disorder but a jury acquitted him after trial to initially appease and quel the outrage of inciting hatred like Lucy was accused of (bear in mind (her outburst was after frustration/emotion around the Southport murders not saying justifiable but you can understand the emotion). Labour's internal disciplinary process was reported to remain ongoing.

Result: Arrested, charged, suspended by Labour, then found not guilty by a jury.

Polanski controls the minds of thousands of gullible believers. If he reposts something threatening a political opponent with death then this is likely to inspire action by the muppets who vote for him, and he would have absolutely known this.
 
Mind you farage was guilty of a little incitement in the commons recently

Said something about a cold rage or similar words the muppet

So whilst agreeing that the T-shirt was over the line that should be drawn and it was totally unacceptable, would you not agree that a call for 'cold rage' on the streets is equally unacceptable for a normal person's moral compass?
