Moving kitchen into a different bit of the house.
Have done general planning for electrics, so it's approximately in the layout for electrician when he visits (to help optimise cost).
Looking for pointers/advice on major red-flags

Maybe put the freezer on an mcb if uk rules allow it

And I take it the cooker isolator is above worktopv?

Don’t have the fridge freezer plug behind it
Is that enough sockets above the counter?

You don't need 2 separate connector units for the hob and oven, both can connect to the same one.
Extractor can go on the lighting circuit with cable from above.

They don't, and it would acehive nothing even if is was permitted.

Clearly shown in a cupboard adjacent, which is where it belongs.

If the freezer is faulty, having the RCD trip is exactly what you want.

'nuisance tripping' is a phrase people use to explain away defective appliances and circuits.
Removing a protective device doesn't fix anything, it just leaves the problem exposed until something more serious occurs, such as someone being shocked, killed, a fire starting, or all of those things.

RCD to fridge and/or freezer yes but as an RCBO would limit the chance of one faulty appliance/circuit causing a big problem at other vital points (similarly boilers etc) , sort as a form of damage limitation.

I am not really entusiastic about switches or points such as sockets hidden in cupboards or having liklihood of becomming clattered by pots and pans etc.
Admittedly I am not as averse as some are on having plenty of switches/sockets etc on view above a worktop in a kitchen and am against any perceived difficulty in them being readily available to reach by infirmity of age etc.

Nice and eay to use as the priority and asthetics as close a second place if required is my motto - quite a few might disagree though, I do realise that.
I suppose I am odd, it has been said!

Eliminate the 30mA protection from the freezer wiring

It is allowed but the cable would have to be surface or swa, and not a socket outlet....wouldn't be worth the faff for a maybe trip every 20 years.
