Anybody got any comments?

Shortage of forms?
EEBADS (Missed Supply off!!)
Not the neatest handwriting.

Yeah. How my b@lls would ache if I used one MW's for all those jobs.

In fact, I would go so far as to say that creating a ring from a radial circuit would require an EIC, would you? Aren't you in effect creating a new circuit?

Plus there is no mention in "COMMENTS" of rubber cables in circuit & an SWA taken to an insulated board without being glanded off. Or the fact there is a 30mA RCD at both ends of the SWA. Not that you know that, because you weren't on the job.

Maybe I'm anal, but if I see something amiss, I mention it in writing. He'd have to be walking round blindfold to miss all of that...

It's just another nail in my "opinion of the NIC" coffin...

PS You're up late!!

Edit: More than two jobs. Work on sockets, lighting, a new main switch, MEB's to gas & water, supplementary, and last, but not least, making radial skts into ring.

Me, just finished work, winding down, night shift tomorrow
Aye, tho we do not use NIC forms the MWC is for a mod to a single circuit only. Changing from a radial to a ring will normally mean a different size protective device so therefore should be on an EIC.

Wrong max Zs values on the cert aswel.

Well, he's used the maximum measured values from the OSG table 2D, rather than those in the regs 41B2. Which IMO makes more sense, since the readings in part three of the cert. are also measured readings and are not corrected back to 70C operating temperature.

Otherwise you are comparing apples with pears.
