Old alarm need to reactivate

About to purchase a house.

The alarm looks real dated, so will be replaced soon.

Anyway vendor doesn't know the code and says there's no contract with the company.

Any ideas on how I can get it working.

It just has zone numbers on it along with keypad.

Need more info than that - colour, size of box, names etc.

Well, that description could be any one of 50+ panels, all needing different instructions as to do what you want.

If you can't find any further information, you will have to go to an alarm company direct.
