In that case we're simply using different meanings for the word "current".

I can live with that.

Use whichever lexicon you like to make your point

In the common talk it just makes you sound pompous in your verbosity :D

I don't know why you thought I was making a point. I was merely observing that your opinion isn't invalidated by the fact that it's different to everyone else's.

I can also live with that.

We are talking about a socket final radial and standard circuit arrangements in the OSG using BS1363 accessories.

I suggest you read Appendix 8 of the OSG again, but this time more carefully...

Is that 16th osg or 17th osg
I have the 16th

Only a couple of months before 'some' people can start to ignore it's guidance and spirit...

So tell us, FR - at what point in time did you become right to ignore what the 16th said and instead use a different definition on the grounds that it was going to appear in a future version of the regulations?

The day the 16th was published?

When the 17th DPC was published?

When an IET committee first discussed changing the definition?

When an IET member first thought of the idea, but before circulating it?

When the change was made to the published version of the 17th?

Do you have any tips on what we can ignore in the 17th because they'll change in the 18th?

Only a couple of months before 'some' people can start to follow its guidance and spirit regarding fused or non-fused spurs from radial circuits...
