Hi Guys
I have a question and I'm after a recommendation!
1. My circular saw doesn't have a riving knife, there's no mention of one in the manual. It's an Erbuaer. I've not had any problems with it, does it limit what I can do with the saw at all?
2. The current blade is 190mm, 24 tooth, 30mm bore, 2.6mm thick. I assume that's a ripping blade? I've put it through the metal bits of my workmate and some of the TCT teeth have popped off, the blade doesn't cut cleanly any more.
What would you recommend for a new blade? Thing is, 75% of what I do is crosscut. I use it to cut hardwood flooring, contiboard and ply mostly, occasional cutting of 2x4 and CLS. I was thinking of a combi blade, 40 tooth maybe?
Thanks
