The threaded connection on the LH side is a clue to the answer you're looking for!

I thought I was buying a HE with threaded connections, the I would fit brass fittings. I want to use it for a bio-diesel X coolant heat exchanger, but seem to have come unstuck?Its difficult for us to guess why you have bought that and what you want to do with it.
Its a plate HE as used in many 24 kW combi boilers.
Its connection to the boiler is by screws into the threaded bushes and the water seal is by rubber "O" rings.

Either buy a new plate with threaded fittings
or buy powerflushing pump adapter plates (plastic blocks that screw on with threaded fittings)
or have some blocks machined up
