one of the better facts about vailant is the timebomb feature.

Another is the ease of adaptation to lpg.

What do you mean by timebomb?

Chr1s - I've been real busy, passed my ACS, unvented (again),another NVQ3 etc and now earning better money , hence i am spending some (not to much) on my rental house.

I'd rather a GW betacom than a baxi and that's saying something. (betacom is not one of my favourites)

I prefer the OLD betacom to be honest but either is better than a baxi in my opinion.

Ealing homes are already doing it. Probably other's may have already followed suite.

justifiable considering the obstructiness of social housing tenants.

The other option for installer is to ensure boiler becomes disabled unless they are paid.

R u still repairing them ? Get much work?

Deadly quiet everywhere here.Big firms reducing to half employees. Many will definately go to the wall this housing slump.

Recon it's time to get lean and hang tough.
