    Leaking tap

Water off first. There's a screw under the small cap in the centre of the handle. Once that's undone the handle should lift off. Around the mid point of tap is a collar that should unscrew, will probably be tight so a cloth around it and some pump pliers should help. You'll then have access...

How is my integrated washing machine fixed into place?

Normally you wind the feet down to push it upwards into the worktop to trap it in position. Front feet are adjusted with an adjustable spanner and rears have a long screw thread that sits at the front, there'll be an arrow to say lower/raise or +/-

How robust is speedfit pipe? - Damage from drill bit

If it was my own house I'd probably take the chance but plan in for a repair and have the parts ready to go and do it when I had chance.

How robust is speedfit pipe? - Damage from drill bit

Is it your own house? If so you decide whether to take the chance. If you've done this on a customers property then why take the chance?

Tiling round a shower tray - help!!

I wouldn't have thought it would make much difference, the wood will still expand at a different rate, you just shouldn't tile onto it like that.

Tiling round a shower tray - help!!

Wood expands and contracts with moisture whereas the tray will have little to no expansion. That's why your tile has cracked. That wood should be a lot lower than the tray and a suitable product to be tiled on placed over the top, even plasterboard would be better than wood. That looks very...

Cutting tiles and adhesive slow to set

I find it quite easy tbh to keep it straight. Remember all your cuts should be into trim or a corner or down to floor anyway so tend to be hidden

Cutting tiles and adhesive slow to set

For long edge cuts I find it hit and miss on my rubi manual cutter so tend to cut with the grinder and a decent cutting disc. This is the best disc I've used and very reasonably priced, very durable too even with porcelain: https://www.toolstation.com/abracs-tile-porcelain-diamond-blade/p87878...

New vertical rad hot on the right side and top but not as hot on the rest of it.

Often it could be down to a simple flow and return switch, some make it obvious which is which with stick on arrows, many don't. Some need a system balance, can spend ages with other rads off and slowly bringing them into the system, some are just crap and end up being tepid irrespective of...

They're a PITA. I think I've only fitted one that worked as it should from the outset.

Mold on plasterboard - can it be cleaned, or MUST it be replaced?

Clean with bleach, allow it to dry. Sugar soap and allow to dry, use a few coats of stain stop and then paint with emulsion.
