This has been happening for last 2-3 weeks and a restart (learnt from Microsoft!!) every 3-4 days have been keeping it going...
Felt like a thief while holding a torch and looking at the prv but you were spot on it is leaking indeed and also causing a new problem of making my car dirty

Yes, its zero now but the central heating and hot water both seem to be fine
Also, the prv is still leaking
first call is to change the prv second is check the precharge in the expansion vessel
