Fire rated downlights led

Can anyone tel me how far I need to keep the kingspan away from the sides and the tops of the downlights, I am going to use 5 w dimmable led

The light fitting will (should) come with instructions showing the clearances. Some even allow insulation to be placed over the fitting.
 
My room is 4m x 4m and I was looking at fitting 15 5w led downlights do you think this might be a overkill? It's a vaulted ceiling

How is the ceiling constructed? Is the void filled with Kingspan?
Are Building control involved? they will not let you carve great holes in the insulation. It’s there to keep the heat in…
 
The downlights I currently use can be covered completely by upto 100mm of insulation but should be at least 50mm from joists.
This is all in the manufacturers literature.
 
The celing is 12.5 mm plaster board over 50 mm kingspan fixed to 195mm x 50 mm rafters, the rafters are in filled with 100mm kingspan
