Green star i24

Hi

I have a Greenstar i24 boiler which I noticed had the reset light flashing, the pressure was on 0 - it’s in the loft so I hadn’t noticed it.

I filled it back up and pressed reset for 3 seconds, it tries to fire up but it locks out again

Any ideas or do I need someone out?

It may have overheated, try it again today.

Need a little more info to help you out. Does the blue light flash as well? And in what sequence?

How long does it try and fire back up for before going to lockout ? Does it try and light up five times?

Check you have gas, and that the handle on the meter hasn't been knocked to the off position

Thanks, had someone out in the end, apparently it’s the gas valve, makes sense, yes the blue light is flashing as well, it tries to fire up but just cuts out again

Surprised at that, gas valves on these are pretty bullet proof. Hope it get sorted quick enough
