Perhaps South Africa, with a life expectancy of 65 years might have a few less old people who would be susceptible to COVID. Although in your world that should probably mean that there would be no deaths at all instead of 100,000?
But their overall deaths didn’t increase. Much like the rest of the world.

Instead of the mere 100,000 deaths they reported they might have had 300,000 and they had almost twice the total number of excess deaths during the pandemic period than we did.
Antivaxers can't count. If they could they wouldn't be antivaxers.
Standard stuff with vaccines. Are you scared of the flu jab also, or is it just the Covid jab you are frightened of? Are you one of those vile, child abusing parents that deny your kids vaccines?

Are any of the jabs for polio, measles, smallpox, diphtheria, shingles, flu. Causing deaths on a similar scale as the covid jab?

I doubt there is anything on the scale of the Covid jab to compare with. Billions of doses administered in a short time frame - with insignificant harm. Incredibly safe. Safer than Calpol boyo.

The spring booster campaign will be, as expected, more restricted than the recent autumn campaigns – targeting adults aged 75 and over, older people in care homes and children and adults who are immunosuppressed.
