I had a pipe a bit like that, made up of metal and rubber sections, on an ac line in my van. One of the rubber sections had rubbed on an engine mount and worn a hole. It was going to be problematic and expensive to source the new line, so I sent it off to an ac specialist to get a new rubber section crimped in.
Maybe they can do PAS lines too. This was the company -

Any hydraulic hose company should be able to make you a new one, possibly even using your existing connections.

It's the only way, or a replacement from Mercdes themselves.
I doubt anybody will attempt a repair on it, but might be able to make a pattern part. Hydraquip or similar.

There used to be a similar arrangement through a local car parts shop when I used to work in Filton, Bristol. For a couple of packets of fags or a nominal sum, they could get one offs made at either Rolls Royce or BAC/British Aerospace for certain hard to source parts. Was quite handy because I was driving an old P4 Rover at the time. Had the knock over plates to retain flywheel bolts and a few other things I can't remember made through them. All top quality and aircraft grade materials. One bloke had some seat frames made for his series 1 Landrover.
