How do I fix this

I have an error on my panel Protec 6500.
I traced this to a smoke head that is not flashing.

Protec said called out fee is £650 per day but might be less!!
I am wondering can I twist this off and re sit it and check the cables underneath?

Also If I need to change this sounder I can buy one of the Internet, can I assign it to the panel myself, I have access to it.

Don’t do fire.

You might want to check your insurance and if you’re going to be covered if you change things out yourself.

You can find almost anything online.

I found out the address is at the bottom so you do not need to replace the whole unit.
I will try swapping just the top with another head and if this one works then it is a faulty head.
