I imagine you look at the wiring diagram in the instructions to see what it says about which terminal is which.
If you have no wiring diagram then contact the maker and get one.

I was so fast that the answer had arrived here before I started looking.
12 years later. And along comes another person asking about the same set of unknown terminal contacts that do not seem to exist anywhere!

Entry Handset Replacement
