I bought a second hand car from a dealership for cash: the salesman said he was contractually obliged to discuss other “products “ basically six different types of warranty.
The salesman get commission on PCP deals but it’s also a way for the customer to acquire a more expensive higher status car. I don’t remember so many beemers Audis and mercs around back in the day.
 
If I said thats not fair. My mum would say "Tough tit."
I still say this to my girls

If I said its not fair. My brother would say: "Nor is a black man's arsholè
I dont say this to my daughters but it goes through my mind every time they say "its not fair"
 
"wash your teeth"-a customer yesterday said it after I had been working in their bathroom. I mentioned that my Irish mother used the same phrase.

BTW- she was talking about her husband being able to use his bathroom, rather than giving me a directive.
