BBCs Panorama programme gave the impression Trump made a direct call to action

the only different is that in the actual speech Trump made a call to action which rambled on for almost an hour

Trump wanted his riot - he gave the riot speech - the speech-goers rioted.

The BBC got it spot on. No case to answer. They condensed a rambling riot speech is all. Sensible editing.
