I've just come across this and it's great at both repairing photos, damaged by age, lost colour, creased etc., it is also good at modifying the photo, increasing, or reducing the age of the apparent subject of the photo, fitting/removing glasses, changing hair style. You just paste the photo, and type in what you want done, in plain English...
