you are supposed to ring the duty manager to inform him
our duty manager would have sussed him out straight away, he knows us too well. He sounded pizzed when he rang me.

ring in sick? I have never done it, I go out when I am ill it doesnt bother me at all, I once drove out to Newcastle at 3.30am throwing up in an aldi bag for life I was so sick.
