Is this the video. He doesn't stamp on the flag himself. But it looks like he did encourage a passer by to do something which started as a dance and then ended with stamping.

I would seriously like to understand his message. Normally you would expect somebody shouting Allah Akbar to carry some sort of Muslim flag. According to my trusty Google, which I have now checked, carrying a Union Jack and shouting Allah Akbar is usually a form of counter protest against the far right, demonstrating that Muslims can also be patriotic. On the other hand, he seems to be dressed as a Hamas terrorist.
