There are 4 operational terminals at Heathrow.4 planes landed one after the other?
Well that's unusual for a busy airport.
Especially a busy airport that operates 2 runways, one for take off, and the other for landing.
Planes are parked up in different areas, so usually people from one plane get to passport control when the previous ones have gone.
Sometimes things don't go as planned and long queues form at passport control.
It's a fine tuned logistic operation; it happens out here in the real world.
