Air to Air Vs Air to Water Heatpumps. Now closing the gap.

effiency, and now hot water, they heat and cool.

I've always classed these as electric heating, and electricity costs more than gas. Offices have had them for decades; American homes have had them forever. USA electric is much cheaper than ours so they can afford it. People in offices don't care about the cost as they're not paying!

Air source heat pumps are mainly useless. Gas training is £10k, air source heat is free and takes a week….

They’d have to pay me a lot to get involved
Yes thats just an air con mmonkey mate, I agree with you. Fridge men don't come cheap and look upon air con engineers as monkeys,

The unit would always make heat for the hot water. He’s saying the bit of free heat saves a fortune
The running is cheaper and more efficient too, upfront costs are a bit steep but pay back is long term.

As gas men look at both of them.

I still waiting for cost and COP ?
