There are two Jeremy Clarksons on TV: The buffoon who is annoying, and the one who does excellent informative documentaries.

His war documentaries are some of the best on TV.

Never watched his farm series so can't comment.

I don't know it that well, and certainly not widely. Been there a few times for work - usually events at the ICC. The area around there/Symphony Hall/Gas St/Canal seemed pretty cool. Also did a weekend city-break there once - did the back-to-backs, jewellery quarter, etc.

Ring road was a 'kin nightmare.

It's a role he plays, as it earns him money.

People may or not like the role, they may find it annoying, but how many people think that Anthony Hopkins is a cannibal?

Yeah its got a bad reputation for some reason but as I said some parts are terrible but there is some nice bits believe it or not.
