No I'm not. The man's hideous, but that's no excuse to get the offence wrong. That's the sort of thing HE would do.

In the UK also, it's a different offence if fingers do the penetrating. Same max sentence though.

Every court? apart from a criminal court, which is the one that matters.

You obviously don't understand the shame of rape and the effect it can have...

Especially if the perp is a rich or powerful person...

And the system in the past didn't exactly treat victims with respect!

So often a victim stays silent until for example another person claims a similar offence by the same person, and the earlier victim then feels they would be more likely to be believed...

Why do you think so many came out against saville after so long?

Do you not understand that or believe his victims either?
