Texecom Connect was set up by the installer, and I get a message every time the alarm is set and unset. So far so good.

But I don't get a message if the alarm goes off, which would be very useful.(y)
Is there a way I can set this, or will I have to get the installer to do it?

I do have the Texecom app which allows me to connect to the alarm, but I don't see any option there.

It was an inadvertent triggering of a PIR in the night. Pretty sure the outside alarm sounded as well as the internal. But nothing via the cloud.
This happened a couple of weeks ago but I remembered it when setting it to go away. I'm away at the moment so can't check the log. Can I check the log using the app?

I have accessed the log remotely with the app. It said that the PIR was activated, then I reset it one minute later and the alarm was aborted.
Could the very quick cancellation have prevented the cloud alarm?

The app log doesn't have specific information I am after.

need to see from arming the panel up until you reset the system.

So the app should tell you if its full armed or part armed (guessing part armed as inadvertently triggered at night.

So part arm coms probably not turned on would make the most sense based on what you have said and making some assumptions

Yes an engineer can log in via wintex or cloud account if its on a subscription you would have access in the cloud account to change the panels settings.

Thank you. I think my next step is to trigger the alarm in full set mode and see if that sends a cloud message. That would be really all I need.
