Texecom Connect messages

Texecom Connect was set up by the installer, and I get a message every time the alarm is set and unset. So far so good.

But I don't get a message if the alarm goes off, which would be very useful.
Is there a way I can set this, or will I have to get the installer to do it?

I do have the Texecom app which allows me to connect to the alarm, but I don't see any option there.

how are you testing it?

whats recorded in the event log?

Did the internals sound or internals and externals?
