Thanks for that but the overflow leaks on the outside of the building and not from the relief vave ( black trianglar valve with a hole in it to see if it drips), is this the same overflow? thanks again

Hi guys ive got a nagging problem, I noticed that water was continually pouring outside the building out of the overflow and was continuous so what I did is turned off the hot flow to my taps from the gate valve on the megaflow tank and it stops but then when you open it again it pours...

Hi mate, the problem is its not there all the time. The water flow out of the showerhead is fine but when its running for while it would just go cold and then hot and cold etc.. evn when there is nothing else on eg dishwasher. I suspect a problem with the bolier, could be wrong, thanks

Hi, I am in the process of draining down a combination heating system but am unsure if you can run the boiler for hot water after the rads have been emptied out. Common sense suggests to me to turn off the boiler power before draining the system and to complete the work on the heating side...

drain more out of the rads and it will soon drop, keep it on 1 bar
