So I am attaching a licence plate to the car so don’t need a massive screw. What would be the best dimension self tapping screw and type to attach the plate to the car? Thanks for your help.

The plastic in question is a licence plate- now this is likely the only plastic I will ever be drilling so ideally I don't want to buy new drill bits.. I currently have metal, wood and masonry bits. Which of these would be best? Thanks for any advice

What exactly are you putting up? If it's a light item then the plugs you are talking about are overkill. Plus as another poster said they can make a mess of the plasterboard. I know as have used these in past. So if you are going to use these ones get them from somewhere where people have...

It's the Dow Corning and guy working on the house is adamant he can paint over it as has done so before with No issues. It's gloss paint over Dow Corning 791. Thanks for any help
