Hi guys. A friend of mine wants to do up his bathroom and relocate the toilet. The toilet will be moved by 1.5 m. so my question is how difficult is it to add 1.5 m of extention pipe under the floorboard by myself. Basically i will have to put cement weld stuff on both the 1.5 m of extention...

    warning pipe

Hi m8. My bath and overflow are perfectly ok it is just a matter of routing the cwsc warning pipe into the bathtub overflow manifold which is a bit of a pain because the toilet cistern gets in the way. I suppose the only thing to do is to cut out a channel in the wall at the back of the toilet...

    warning pipe

Unfortunately that is not an option. I think that i will have to go with Beerlover's suggestion........run the pipe at the back of toilet cistern...........or what i could do is to advance the toilet forward and run the warning pipe behind the cistern without having to cut out a channel for...

    warning pipe

Hi Beerlover i do not understand what you mean about the cistern being side inlet.....the toilet cistern has got an internal overflow so i can not connect the cwsc overflow pipe up to the toilet inlet overflow pipe if that is what you mean. Cutting a channel out behind the toilet cistern could...

    warning pipe

Thanks Charnwood for your answer. That is a very valid point however, i will bump into that situation only when or if the water in cwsc overflows and if that happens i will cut the overflow pipe, let the stagnant water run out and couple the pipe back......i am just trying to think of a...

    warning pipe

Hi guys. I need to connect a cwsc and hwsc warning pipe to the bathtub overflow manifold. The problem is i can not give the the warning pipe a continuous slope. The closed coupled toilet gets in the way so i have to run it inbetween the toilet cistern and the pan outlet then go up 5 inch before...

    changing a stopcock

Hi guys i need to change a stopcock in a flat on the sixth floor of a block of flat. filling up a cut out

Hi guys i have to fill up a 40mm channel which i made to run cold feed pipe to shower. Can i use cement based powder tile adhesive or is that not meant for such a depth? I want it to dry rather quickly and i have read on this forum to avoid plaster due to long dry out time. Thank you
