HI All On a Magnaclean air vent is it the square nut in the vent thats supposed to move or the whole round vent as on mine its the whole round vent that moves. When I tighten it back up it feels like its going tight then loose again. Should I replace it ?

I am having a rad changed this week for a larger rad, I have a system boiler and a tank in the airing cupboard. My question is when the plumber drains the rads will I lose all of the hot water in the hot water tank or will it only drain the heat side of the system. Many Thanks

Hive system been working ok for a while but the last 2 days the hot water has been cold at 8pm for a shower even though the hot water schedule should have heated it up for 6pm to 7pm.
