    Got a call running bath tap turned up to this job Someone has been trying to remove it before I got there .. typical. Any tips to remove this tried some brute force and wd40 but it’s not budging. Would it be easier to just remove the whole tap

    Yeah I meant it deteriorated I’ll just get a 32mm basin un slotted waste that should do that job isn’t it Comes with new washers and sealing nut

    That seal is totally gone had a look. Could I not get a normal basin waste like the one below and just replace it for that.

    Leak coming from the yellow circled on the picture. It seems too big and it doesn’t secure fully causing water to seep through. What could I get to replace it ? it’s not your normal Basin fitting

    Can’t get these toilet seats fittings out to replace it for a new one. It’s like they are rusted away. Cusomer has tried to take the on the right off but it is not budging. Any tips or ideas ?

    Have a leak coming from the black part under the bath. Drips down onto the floor. Is that the overflow and is it universal? Can’t seem to find anything similar And is it quite easy to fix haven’t changed one before

    Grohe shower is leaking when turned off through the shower head

    Got a slight drip with the shower head on this shower. Replaced the washer and the head. But no luck still dripping. What can I do to stop this ?

    So an update on this. I managed to get to the nut on the flush pipe and add ptfe and some plumbers mate and tried but no luck. Still leaking by the looks of it from the flush valve nut. It’s a corner toilet in a really small bathroom can’t get any access to that nut. Want to take the cistern...

    Need to find the right size of this pipe to fix the short cut. Would anyone know what size I would need ? Or any other way or fixing it? Attended today and it has been left like this for couple of months

    It don’t look like it leaks from the nut that hold the valve in place. I mean then it would leak I guess from the top slightly. But when I flush it leaks from the join of the pipe and falls alone the pipe and onto the floor.

    Think that’s the best option. Just get the cistern out and replace everything that’s connected underneath basically. Which screws are you referring to ?
