Water leak or worrying too much?

Just checked again. Pics attached, no movement over 40 mins. Must have been the toilet filling so slowly that it was drawing tiny amounts of water.

Water leak or worrying too much?

I haven't got a loft tank and may be a toilet. I don't mind if it's the toilet, as long as it's not a pipe leak. As I said there is no visible damage. We don't have a large water bill and we use less than our average neighbour.

Water leak or worrying too much?

Hi all, My x0.0001 water meter needle moved slightly in 20 minute period. Pictures attached. Very slight movement. Stop clock not turned off. When I turned the stop clock off, no movement over same 20 minute period. I think this means some internal water escape. Is this normal? Could it be a...

    Brickwork worry

There are just areas in rooms, on the outside wall, at floor level and under Windows where some of the bricks are crumbly/flaky and missing some parts. Could this be due to moisture in the house? It's just on the inside so seems odd. More pictures attached.

    Brickwork worry

Hi all, I live in a 140yr old Victorian mid terrace. I am replastering the bay of the bedroom due to a historic roof leak (since fixed). Some of the bricks under the bay window (away from where the leak was) seem to have spalled on the inside. Unsure of the cause or whether it is historic and...

    Bulge in Wall

Pointing was about 5-6 years ago. Only crack I found in the picture attached. Otherwise all good. The downpipe bows because it's only clipped from half way down and they don't sit flush with the wall.

    Crack behind radiator

Here are pics of the outside wall. Weird vent that has brick behind it. Unsure why they painted it. Above the window there is another slight crack. All been the same since we moved in.

    Crack behind radiator

Yes there is a sewer pipe nearby so could be. As long as it has stopped. I'm sure it has been like that since we moved in 2 years ago. Only just worried about it recently

    Crack behind radiator

Hi all, I have a crack behind the radiator in the corner of my kitchen, which is in the extended part of the house. The house is Victorian. You can fit your fingernail in it and it travels from the window seal, behind the radiator and down to the skirting board. Should I be concerned? Thank you

    Extension Wall Concern

Thank you. It definitely needs repointing but do the bricks that are there all look alright and in line?
