there are tow PL lights in the top of the fitting to light the fancy ceiling.

What's the point when the whole visual appeal of the ceiling has been utterly destroyed by the lighting installation?

I think that was partly due to where I took the picture from.

Where the audience will be there is a much clearer view.

All the house lighting is controlled by a big lutron dimmer / control panel. I'll try and remember to take a couple of pics tomorrow.
