10 to 15mm reducer ptfe

Where would you put ptfe around this if it were to leak. Have some rad. Valves to swap that are on these reducers. Swapping valves like for like. There is no olive as such. Thanks.
 
If they are the 'snap' reducer types then there's very little you can wrap due to the way they work. You can strip the valve and wrap the internals but it would be hit 'n' miss. Better to remake the pipe with a soldered reducer and or use native 10mm valves.

They're terrible things, I never use them. I only use the type that have a separate olive.
