Yeah I think I may have to get them to come and sort it. It's not something I'm certified to do, and I'd rather not mess it up
Thanks all for your comments and suggestions, I'll take it up with my HA landlord and see where I get. They'll get sick of me, I've had them out about twice three times now for stuff they haven't done/has gone wrong and I've only been here under a fortnight lol.
And yes, apologies for confusion, I did mean Cooker not oven. But I need a full size Cooker not a little oven. Thanks for teaching me the difference
Also as regards to why there isn't one already fitted, it is the norm in my area for absolutely zero white goods, flooring or anything to be provided on accepting a property. I'm also having to redecorate the whole place top to bottom and fix the alarm system. Crazy. But I'm very grateful for it.
